Matt Ketcham, Owner of Ketcham's Seafarm, Peconic Gold Oysters Inc., developed a love for the sea early in life through fishing - with a lot of hard work and help from family and friends, his first 100,000 oysters was planted on the farm utilizing off bottom culture in 2013.
